Lviv claim center of Ukrainian Insurance Group has paid UAH 928.2 thousand of insurance compensations during the first quarter of 2009. There were 101 insurance accidents that were settled upon CASCO for amount of UAH 806.3 thousand. Upon obligatory motor third-party liability insurance 17 payments were made in amount of UAH 121.9 thousand.
The compensation of UAH 101,341.68 to the owner of a broken in car accident Kia Sorento became one of the biggest payments. Accident took place at January 18th. Driving at the slippery snowed up road the driver has not managed to drive. Owing to a drift the car had driven into a ditch and turned over for a few times. As a result of an accident the headlights were broken, the cowl and the roof of the car were deformed.
The act about the insurance accident, which is made in a case of complete package of documents presence, had been signed at February 17th. The insurance payment was made at March 10th.
Lviv regional claim center operates since July 2008. Besides Lviv, claim centers also operate in Donetsk, Odesa, Poltava, Symferopol, Kharkiv, Khmelnytsky and Cherkasy.
